The bride and groom must obtain a Florida Marriage License to get married in Florida Florida Marriage License - ( List of Clerk of Court Florida ) To obtain a marriage license in Pinellas and Hillsborough County the Bride and Groom need to go to the courthouse and present valid ID. A 3 day waiting period to get married for Florida Residence. No waiting period for out of State Residence who wish to get married in Florida.
